Know every renewal before it comes due.

Newenz reads your Salesforce data and shows your customer success team what is renewing, what nobody has started, and where a price increase is about to be missed.

The Newenz dashboard: renewal value under contract, what renews in the next 90 days, and a chart of the next 12 months showing which renewals have no opportunity yet.

Renewals are rarely lost in the meeting. They are lost in the weeks nobody was looking.

Nobody opened it

A contract can reach its end date without a single opportunity against it. Newenz lists every one, by owner.

The notice went out late

A price increase only applies if the customer is told in time. Each notice is tracked against its deadline.

The forecast used the wrong date

Pipelines run on close dates. Renewals run on contract end dates. Newenz forecasts on the date that matters.

Everything a renewal needs, in one place.

Five screens, each built around a question your team asks every week.

One list of every renewal, and where each one stands

Overdue, not started, in progress, agreed, renewed or lost. Filter by month, see the next step and the last contact, and record the result when it closes.

  • Retention by month, measured by value
  • A reason recorded for every loss
  • Each row opens the full customer page
The renewals tracker: counts by status, a row of months, and a list of renewals with their status, next step, last contact, owner and health.

A forecast your team submits and you can question

Each person sets commit, upside or pipeline for their renewals and submits once a week. You see the gap to target and exactly what moved since last time.

  • Counted on the contract end date
  • Roll-up by person, with their past accuracy
  • Renewals with no opportunity are called out
The forecast screen: renewal value by category against a retention target, the forecast call, and a list of renewals that changed category since last week.

Price increases planned against their deadlines

Set a standard increase. Newenz holds it back for accounts at risk, respects contract caps, and shows what is secured, in dispute, or lost to a missed notice.

  • Every notice has a date it must go by
  • Missed deadlines are counted in money
  • One click records that a notice was sent
The price increases screen: the standard increase, value secured and still to win, and a table of renewals with notice deadlines and status.

Log a call by typing or by talking

Dictate a note or record it. If the customer said they will renew, or pushed back on price, Newenz suggests the update and you apply it in one click.

  • Voice notes saved with the account
  • Suggestions come from fixed rules you can read
  • The latest contact feeds health and the weekly queue
The activity screen: a form to log a call with dictate and record buttons, and two suggested updates drawn from the wording of the last note.

A health score you can read

Each account is scored out of 100 on recent contact, renewal progress, risk signals and overdue work. The four parts are shown with their reasons, so nobody has to guess why an account is red.

  • Tasks come from three built-in playbooks
  • A task closes itself when the work is done
  • Contracts, opportunities and activity on one page
A customer page: a health score out of 100 broken into four parts with bars, and a list of tasks from playbooks.

Working on the day you start.

There is nothing to configure before the first useful screen.

  1. Load a Salesforce report

Export a standard opportunity report and drop it in. Names can be replaced as it loads if the data is sensitive.

  2. See what is exposed

The dashboard shows renewals with nobody on them, notices about to be missed, and how retention has run month by month.

  3. Work the queue

Each person gets the tasks and renewals that need them this week. Everything not listed is on track.

Simpler on purpose.

Most customer success platforms can do anything, once someone has built it. Newenz does one job and arrives ready.

Your customers' records stay yours.

Renewal data is commercially sensitive. The safeguards are part of the product, not an add-on.

Two-step login
Required for admins and managers. A company can require it for everyone.
Separate workspaces
Each company's records are kept apart by the database itself, not only by the app.
Roles
Admin, manager, CSM and viewer, each seeing and changing only what the role allows.
Audit trail
A record of who changed what, and when.
Names replaced on load
Account, owner and product names can be swapped for made-up ones before anything is stored.
Stored in the UK
Data is held in London and encrypted in transit and at rest.
